30 hours total = 15 Hours for Year 1 + 15 Hours for Year 2
Service is an essential part of our lives as Catholics and followers of Christ. Opportunities can be found in the parish bulletin, school activities that benefit school community, city/local activities. We understand students are busy, bring in your family, friends, and community! Think also about tieing these opportunities back with your saint name, what volunteer experiences would your saint have done?
If you need help or have any questions on what will or will not count towards hours please email us at refugeconfirmation@gmail.com Working together we all can continue to make a difference in our community.

Your sponsor is someone who will
Pray for you
Encourage you
Support you on your faith journey
A sponsor should be a Catholic role model and someone you feel comfortable talking about your faith with and asking the tough questions you might have.
Your parents can not be a sponsor, but any Confirmed practicing Catholic in good standing in the church (goes to Mass and can receive communion) over the age of 18 can be your sponsor.
Maybe your sponsor is one of your grandparents, perhaps an aunt or uncle, an older sibling or cousin, a friend’s parent, a former teacher, or a family friend.
